A new book from Jessica Klatt
You Don't Have Problems. You Have Patterns.
Rewired is a companion guide and journal for anyone leading something — a family, a business, a team inside someone else's business, or just their own life by example — and keeps solving the same problem in a different room. Eight patterns. One honest question under each of them.

Why I wrote it
For years I watched good leaders — good people — solve the same problem on repeat. It didn't matter what changed: new people, new marketing, new systems, new year. It was the same situation, every time, run by a pattern hiding under the symptom, without fail.
It was never a shortage of effort or intelligence. It was a pattern. An old script that worked once, kept working, and then quietly started costing them the thing they were trying to protect.
That's the part almost nobody actually gets into — not in a way that creates change that lasts. The problems you think you have are rarely what they're actually about. You don't struggle with delegating, or saying no, or letting go. Something underneath is driving it. That's the pattern.
I wrote Rewired because change starts at the source, not the symptom. Not another idea. Not another label. Not somewhere else to put the blame. It takes vision, accountability, and the will to change it at the root. It's still a choice — this just helps you finally see how to make it.
Do you want control, or do you want the result? Chapter Four — The Controller
What's inside
Eight patterns. You'll know yours by the first page of its chapter.
Every chapter runs the same way — where the pattern shows up, the tell that gives it away, and then space to write. It isn't a book you read at. It's one you answer.
The Moment
You watched what actually happened — not what it felt like.
The Feeling
Name it in your own words, in the third person if that's what it takes to see it.
The Ego's Story
The version your ego is telling you, and where it stops being true.
The Opportunity
The question you've been avoiding, in writing, where it can't slip away.
The companion workbook
Rewired: The Companion Guide & Journal
The book names the pattern. This is where you go after it — into the story running underneath it, the one your brain has already decided is true. Every page names what you're predicting before you've even tested it, then gives you the room to test it anyway and write something different. It's the same process I walk clients through directly, put on paper.
It's not just acknowledging the pattern. It's real life, real practice, real change.
Paperback only, $29.99. Sold separately from the book.

Read one. Work the other.
The book names the pattern. The workbook is where you put it down.
They're built to be used together — one to see it clearly, one to practice something different the next time the moment shows up.
